Namco Pools - Namco Is cheap for a reason

Top rails rusted,turnbuckles an botom support covers broken, on my second skimmer and need a third. Side walls buckled,pump motor burned out its 8 years old.Namco said i could sand the top rails and prime them or buy new top rails. But dissauded me from a warranty claim because it is an 8 year old pool.

Namco Pools - Pool wall rusted thru in 5 years
I went to open my pool at the start of the 2017 season. I noticed bubbling on the wall. As soon as i touched the touched the wall it let loose ant started leaking I cant get thru to anyone at namco to get the wall replaced. This pool is garbage and namco is even worse

Namco Pools Customer Care Review

People run the other way! They do not care,cannot be bothered,are rude, and good luck when your pool that you spent ten grand on *** the bed instantly! Your lucky if they pick up the phone. Go elsewhere!! Pretty sure you would have better luck calling the SALVATION ARMY for help!!!
