My wife purchased a brand new pool,Costing over $2,000. I went to pick up a pool alarm since our town reguires one.

Went to return it, did not realize my wife was getting in from a friend, same model never used, store emoyee says it's not returnable, when I purchased the alarm, no signs on shelf, nothing on receipt, and store employee did no mention anything about alarm not being able to be returned. Another employee who said it was not returnable, said "Corporate" would not like to see an alarm returned. I would except store credit, no problem but it was not even offered. I wonder how "Corporate" will feel when I pack up my five cartons of brand new pool and return it to the Wappinger FallsN.Y.

If it is corporate policy, shouldn't the store manager make all their employees awrare and also post that info. so customers are aware!
