I too had an issue with a Namco pool liner and was getting the run around... I am not too sure if they are going to replace it or not, but I have reached out to them, sent them video's and didn't even have the pool for 1 year.

They are supposed to have it replaced by this Saturday, but we'll see... I am not holding my breath. I did open a claim with the Attorney General about their practices so that might have been what got them to FINALLY call me back.
