Sixth season with a Morada 33 x18. Walls have totally rusted since last season.
Contact customer service and are told, "we will process your claim in 7 business days. Just send us a few pictures ". 5 weeks later they tell me they are willing to sell me a new wall at 50% off full retail.
No help with installation, no help with the *** liner that got ruined, no help with the $400 worth of water.........They were very helpful selling me every upgrade and a 2 year extended warranty though. Just downright awful..
