Installation company subcontractor Ragucci botched the installation....waited weeks for him to come see his mistake (object almost protruding through liner). Finally came and acknowledged mistake end of July 2017.
Credit card company put it into dispute. Namco promised we would be first in schedule for 2018 to be fixed. Still waiting.....now they are sold to another company.
Can’t gIve us answers as to if/when they will fix pool. Very angry and frustrated.
