Installation company subcontractor Ragucci botched the installation....waited weeks for him to come see his mistake (object almost protruding through liner). Finally came and acknowledged mistake end of July 2017.

Credit card company put it into dispute. Namco promised we would be first in schedule for 2018 to be fixed. Still waiting.....now they are sold to another company.

Can’t gIve us answers as to if/when they will fix pool. Very angry and frustrated.

Hi I had the same problem. Ragucci the subcontractor completely botched my pool.

Today, after 3 LONG months the new contractors sent to me from coporate fixed my pool. I thought it wouldn’t get done but I’m so relieved it did. I can’t believe they had a crew like Ragucci. They have had so many complaints because of that crew.

I’d love to talk to you and see if I can help. I know how it feels to get to answers.
