POOL UPDATE

We ordered a pool in the Salem, NH store on 5/16/20, we changed the pool we ordered to purchase something that we were told is in STOCK, so there would be no delays. We still have no pool, and are now being told that there is a back order on our filter?? I can appreciate that the sales are up related to the current pandemic, but this is not good business as we were expecting our pool to be delivered about 2 weeks ago and have subcontractors looking to see when they are needed for installation. When I called Salem the call took over 40 minutes, Sean was polite and appropriate, his male associate in the store was condescending. There is no justification for this type of poor business. I know two other families that ordered pools the same week as we did from other companies and one is installed already, and the other will be this upcoming week. I expect a return communication with some type of reasonable resolution to this disaster. We had purchased a pool in the past with no problems, and it was a great experience. Pissed off

I am a cancer patient and in desperate need of a whirlpool for my bones. I ordered a jacuzzi on May 25 and was told it would take 7-10 business days for arrival. I paid in full on May 25th. Since then Namco in Auburn Mass has not answered phone calls (I have them on speed dial) nor have they returned messages left. I have contacted the CEO of Namco as well as the attorney general's office as well as the better business bureau and Namco corporate office has full mailboxes and no return calls. This company is a shame, don't buy from them, go somewhere else

Upset-Horrible Service

On May 16th we bought a hot tub. It is now, June 12th an I still have no idea when I will receive the product. Service from the store and corporate level has been the worst.

Purchased a pool have reached out many times spoke to many pool was suppose to come in 7 to 10 days when i spoke with swansea who ordered my filter and the rest of my stuff was first told to pick it up in store to it was sent to my house and will be here in 2 to 3 weeks again reason why i cancelled my other order with melanie would appreciate a call back asap

Order

Order a liner on may 17th. They took the money and I have been calling emailing leaving voicemails when I can if the mailbox isnt full. No one has contacted me. After at least 25+ attempts. It's now June 3rd and my liner is still not here. There isnt even an option to cancel my order. I'm pissed!!!

Zero communication with customer after they have our money

$1300.00 install fee TAKEN from my bank account but unknown installer does not return calls or emails . Namco does not answer calls local store or corporate office included the pool is sitting in my shed ! What do I do now?

After having some initial problems with the local NAMCO store honoring their guarantee as outlined in my earlier post 6 months ago, NAMCO corporate contacted me and stated that they would do whatever was required to correct the problem. They did, in fact, correct the problem immediately. This is what I had come to expect from NAMCO based upon my past experiences with them. I have and will continue to use them as my primary pool supplier.
