I have never come across such bad customer service in my life. My $10,000 pool has a leak and I can’t find anyone to help me find it. Basically dismissing me.

Namco Pools - Namco Is cheap for a reason
Top rails rusted,turnbuckles an botom support covers broken, on my second skimmer and need a third. Side walls buckled,pump motor burned out its 8 years old.Namco said i could sand the top rails and prime them or buy new top rails. But dissauded me from a warranty claim because it is an 8 year old pool.

People run the other way! They do not care,cannot be bothered,are rude, and good luck when your pool that you spent ten grand on *** the bed instantly! Your lucky if they pick up the phone. Go elsewhere!! Pretty sure you would have better luck calling the SALVATION ARMY for help!!!
